Absolutely amazing cake, and on point with bringing to life what you have in mind when creating your perfect cake. Definitely will be doing business with this bakery again.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and two pastries delivered. The pastries, an apple fritter and honey bun, did not seem fresh to me but definitely tasted homemade and were still delicious despite the fact that they were slightly dry. The sandwich on the other hand was total perfection! The focaccia was fresh, warm and flavored with herbs. Divine! The egg and peppers inside were perfectly cooked and not greasy. A delightful sandwich and great way to start off my day! Well done Bliss! I will definitely be ordering more!

I got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Being from NY, I guess my expectations were a little too high. Nonetheless, the sandwich was good. They were a bit cheap with the amount of bacon on the bagel.

*Specifically for bagels & donuts only!*

Bagels 'N More in Town Center/Pembroke closed, so now I have to take a weekend journey out here for my favorite donuts and my beloved sun-dried tomato bagels. My dad and brother don't like bagels, but this bagel spot is great because of other options: the croissant and rosemary focaccia bread. They typically get the Carol (egg, bell peppers, onion, & cheese) and the Mary (egg, cheese, spinach, sausage?). Those breakfast sandwiches are no longer on the board at this location, but the employees know what you're talking about if you order. Double check as I can't remember which was which, eheh.

Not many places offer a sun-dried tomato bagel, so it's hard to abandon this bagel place. I enjoy it with veggie or sun-dried tomato cream cheese. "We get it L., you like tomatoes." Just patiently waiting for a place to obtain a parmesan-spinach bagel in the area though... My mom loves their jalapeno cheddar bagels with veggie cream cheese.

Another plus are their tasty donuts. I originally loved the old fashioned (cake) with the chocolate icing, but I've grown to love their yeast donuts as well. There is a donut for everyone! I've never had a stale donut from them, and we get them by the dozen and eat them throughout the week with not much change in texture.

It's a tad pricey but for fresh bagels and in-house cream cheese, I don't mind. The service is great albeit slow at times, but as long as my orders are correct, I don't complain.
